    1. Suitable 100% cotton, 100% uncoated polyester, poly/cotton blends, lycra, wool, and linen
    2. Time: 17-20 Seconds
    3. Temperature: 320° F / 160° C
    4. Pressure: Firm to Hard
    5. Peel: Warm
    6. Wait 24 hours before first wash.
