    1. Pre-press garment; 5-7 seconds.
    2. Set pressure at moderate.
    3. Set temperature at 300-330 degrees Fahrenheit.
    4. Cover design with a sheet of parchment paper to protect it from the heat.
    5. Press 15-20 seconds.
