    1. Pre-press garment; 5-7 seconds.
    2. Peel the white sheet and discard.
    3. Place sticky side down on the garment.
    4. Set pressure at heavy.
    5. Set temperature at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
    6. Print 8 seconds.
    7. Peel warm (about 10 seconds), in one continuous, smooth motion.
