Supacolor Lo Melt/Lo Melt Blocker Application Instructions

1. Set Temperature and Time
- 270F (160C)
- 12-15 seconds

2. Lay Garment On Platen
Keep the collar off the press and make sure you have equal amounts of fabric on both sides of the press.

3. Set Pressure
Tighten dial until the press won’t close. Loosen dial progressively until the press closes

4. Pre-Press: 5-8 Seconds
Prepressing releases moisture from the garment ensuring good contact. This is very important when pressing. Repeat this step if there is still steam.

5. Place Supacolor Lo Melt Transfer
Position the transfer on the garment. Lay Non-stick sheet or parchment paper over the Supacolor. Keep print away from pockets and collar.

6. Press 15 Seconds

7. Hot Peel Immediately
Hot peel immediately from a corner in one smooth motion. Peel with confidence and without hesitation. Hold down garment with your free hand for better control.

8. Post-Press: 4 Seconds
Use a teflon sheet or parchment to seal the edges of the Lo Melt transfer.
